기원

대나물 Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq. 또는 은시호 Stellaria dichotoma L. var. lanceolata Bunge의 뿌리를 건조한 것이다.

성상

원주상으로 가지가 갈라져 있으며 길이 15~40cm, 직경 5~20 mm이다. 바깥면은 회색~회흑색이며, 피층과 목부가 명확히 구분된다.


기원

Flavonoid: 6,8-di-C-β-D-galactopyranosyl apigenin, 6-C-β-D-galactopyranosyl isoscutellarein

Cyclopeptide: dichotomin A~I, stellaria cyclopeptide A, B

Steroid: ergost-7-en-3β-ol glucoside, β-sitosterol, α-spinasterol, α-spinasterol glucoside, stigmasterol, stigmast-7-en-3β-ol glucoside

기 타: furan-3-carboxylic acid 등


약리: 해열작용, 거담작용이 알려져 있다.

응용: 진해, 거담, 해열약

처방: 청골산 (淸骨散)

용량: 3~9g
